GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All content published on this page is the property of the guided workout providers, sole proprietors Drago Lorger s.p. and Matjaž Fekonja s.p. The content may be used for non-commercial purposes only. Without prior permission from the providers, it may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed in any way.

The general terms and conditions are drafted in accordance with applicable legislation: ZVPot, ZVOP-2, GDPR, ZEKom-1, and ZVPNPP.

They define the rights and obligations of the provider and the customer and govern their business relationship. By submitting a registration, the customer confirms that they have read and agree with these terms.

ACCESS TO INFORMATION

The provider undertakes to always provide the customer with the following information:

* Company details and contact information

* Description of essential features of Zumba classes and events

* Availability of services

* Clearly defined prices

* Payment methods and conditions for using the service

* Deadlines and conditions for contract withdrawal

* Explanation of the complaints procedure

SERVICE OFFERING

Zumba classes are available to customers at various locations according to a published schedule.

The schedule is available on the provider’s website.

Classes are conducted live, in the presence of at least one instructor.

In case of instructor absence, a suitable substitute will be provided.

In the event of cancellation due to force majeure, the customer will be informed in a timely manner and a replacement session will be arranged.

REGISTRATION

Registration is done via an online form after completing the first training session.

The customer provides personal information and selects the desired type of pass (monthly, half-monthly, combined, child, etc.).

PAYMENT METHOD

Payment options:

* Bank transfer

* Cash

* Card

Invoices are issued by the 5th of the month for the current month and are sent electronically.

Prices are VAT-exempt, as the providers are not VAT registered.

TYPES OF PASSES AND CONDITIONS OF USE

Various pass options are available:

* Monthly Pass

  (Participation 2x per week or 8x per month at a selected location)

* Half-Monthly Pass

  (Participation 1x per week or 4x per month at a selected location)

* Combined Pass

  (Unlimited visits at any location)

* Additional Visit Once Weekly at a Second Location

  (As an add-on to a monthly or half-monthly pass)

* Single Visit

* Child Pass (up to age 15)

  (Applies to children up to 15 years old who join the workout with a parent also attending a guided class. A 50% discount is applied to the child pass.)

All passes are valid for a calendar month. Unused visits cannot be carried over to the next month.

Each customer is entitled to one freeze of their pass per season (from September 1 to June 30), for a maximum of 14 consecutive days.

The freeze must be requested at least 2 working days in advance via email.

CANCELLATION AND WITHDRAWAL

The customer may stop attending classes by sending a written cancellation via email no later than the 3rd of the month.

Otherwise, it is assumed that they will continue and an invoice for the next month will be issued.

Cancellation of a monthly pass mid-term is not possible.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO RECORDING

By attending classes, the customer agrees that photography and video recording may take place during sessions for promotional and documentation purposes.

Recordings may be published on websites, social media, and other communication channels of the provider.

PRICES

Prices are listed in the registration form and are valid on the date of registration, subject to the stated payment terms.

COMPLAINTS

Complaints must be submitted in writing via email or by registered post.

The provider undertakes to respond to complaints within eight working days.

NON-PAYMENT

In the case of unpaid dues, the customer will not be granted access to the classes.

The customer is responsible for checking their received invoices, including spam or promotional folders, and for reporting any errors.

DATA PROTECTION

The provider commits to protecting customers’ personal data and using it solely for the following purposes:

* Order processing

* Informing about classes

* Invoice delivery

* Communication with participants

* Promotional purposes (with explicit customer consent)
